Say Bismillahir-Rahma-Nir-Raheem Before Eating

Avoid too much food and drink

Beloved Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ) in regards to food & diet. It is sufficient for the Adam’s son to eat a few mouthfuls, to keep him going. If he must do that (fill his stomach), then let him fill one-third (1/3rd) with food, (1/3rd) with drink & (1/3rd) with air.

1. Chewing vegetables well

Chewing food well increases the ratio control chemicals to cancer… launched by vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower!

2. Eating too much almond

Prefer eating almonds between meals daily when you feel hungry… it is rich in nutrients that may be lacking in the daily diet.

4. No need to hurry and speed

17. Eating two pieces of chocolate a day

18. Not to carry heavy objects

Stay away from carrying any bags Thagalh… ki not affect the spine or on the way to stand up and walk negatively.

19. Attention to the color of the tongue

The color of the tongue can be a sign of health problems… so be sure to color and acquires any different color… white Fallon indicates weakness in the immune system… yellow color indicates excessive food and drink… and red at the tip of the tongue is an indicator of psychological stress.

20. Hiking out of the house
