Q1) Imamat ke sahi hone ki shartein batlayiye.

Q2) Istehkhakhe Imamat ke wujuh tehrir kijiye.

A) Istehkhakhe Imamat ke wujuh

  1. Sabse ziada imamat ka mustahaq Aalim yane woh shakhs hai jo Namaz ke masael baqubi janta ho aur bazahir usmein koi fusqh gunah e kabira alaamat naho.
  2. Qari yane wo shakhs jo Quran e Majeed accha padhta ho khawaed wa tajweed ke muwafiq umda awaz se Quran padhta ho. Phir woh jo sabse ziada parhezgaar ho, phir jo sabmein ziada umar rakhta ho.
  3. Jis masjid mein imam muqarrar ho wahan uske hote hue dusre ashkhas ko imamat ka haq nahi agarche wo ausaafe mazkura mein use fayiq ho.
  4. Jis masjid mein imam muqarrar naho waha bila razamandi khaum imamat karna makruh e tahrimi hai, albatta logoon ki narazi kisi duniyavi mamle mein hoto iska etebar nahi.
  5. Fasiqh aur badh-aqidah ki imamat makruh e tehrimi hai.
  6. Nabina, falijh-zadah, juzami, coodh, waladuz-zina wagaira ka imam banna makruh e tanzihi hai, agar inse behtar koi wahan maujood na hoto phir makruh nahi.
  7. Majnoo, dayimi madhosh, na-baligh, aurat, khunsa, masbooq, wagaira imamat ke qabil nahi inke piche namaz nahi hoti.
Q3) Namaz e vitr ka tariqa aur dua e khunoot tehreer kijiye.

A) Namaz e vitr wajib hai aur uska chodhne wala bhi farz namaz ke chodne wale ki tarha fasiq aur gunahgar hai. Namaz e vitr ka waqt isha ki namaz ke baad hai. Namaz e vitr ki bhi magrib ki namaz ki tarha 3 rakatein hai aur in teeno rakatoon mein sureh fateha ke baad dusira surah padhna wajib hai.

Vitr ki namaz padhne ka bhi wahi tariqa ha jo farz namaz padhne ka hai, sirf is qadr farq hai ke vitr ki tisiri rakat mein sureh fateha aur dusara surah padhne ke baad dono haath takbeer ke saath kanoo tak issi tarha utayein jis taraha takbire tehrima ke waqt uthaya jata hai. Phir ahista se Dua e Khunoot padhe, Iske baad ruku kare agar kisi ko dua e khunoot yaad na hoto “Rabbana-Aatina Fidduniya Hasanatawn Wafil Aakhirati Hasanatawn Wa Qina Azaabannaar” Ya 3 Baar “Allahumma Igfirli” padhe, ya 3 baar “Ya Rabbi, Ya Rabbi, Ya Rabbi”.

Dua e Khunoot ya hai:-

Allah Humma Inna Nastayinuka Wa Nastagfiruka Wa Nu-Minubika Wa Nawatawakkalu Alaika Wa Nusni Alaikal Khair. Wa-Nashkuruka Wala Naqfuruka Wa Nakhlau Wa Natruku Mayyafjuruk. Allahumma Iyyaka Na’budu Walaka Nusalli Wa Nasjudu Wa Ilaika Nasa’a Wa Nahfidu Wa Narju Rahmataka Wa Naksha Azzabaka Inna Azzabaka Bil Kuffaari Mulhiq.

Q4) Namaz e Janaza ka masnoo wa mustahab tariqa likhiye.

A) Namaz e Janaza ka tariqa:- Mayyat ko aage rakhkar miam sine ke muqabil khada hojaye, phir imam aur tamaam muqtadi Namaz e Janaza ki niyyat kare ye ke Namaz e Janaza farz e kifaya padhta hoon main Allah tala ke waste aur dua karta hoon main is mayyat ke waste moo mera ka’abe shareef ki taraf tabe imam ke. Phir dono haath misle Takbeer e Tehrima ke kanoo tak uthakar ek martaba Allahu Akbar kehkar hatoon ko namaz ki tarha naaf ke nichein bandhle aur Sana padhe “Subhanakallahumma Wa Bihamdika Wa Tabara Kasmuka Wa Ta’aala Jadduka Wa Jalla Sanaauka Walailaha Ghairuk”. Phir dusiri dafa Allahu Akbar kahe lekin is dafa haath na uthaye phir Durood e Ibhrahim padhe jo namaz mein padhte hai, phir tisiri dafa Allahu Akbar kahe iske baad mayyat ke liye dua padhein.

Baligh mayyat ki dua:- “Allahummagfirli Hayyina Wa Mayyatina Wa Shaahidina Wa Gaayibina Wa Sagheerina Wa Kabeerina Wa Zakarina Wa Unsaana. Allahumma Mann Ahyaytahu Minna Fa Ahyihi Alal Islam Wa Mann Tawaffaitahu Minna Fatawaffahu Alal Imaan”.

Na-Baligh ladke ki dua:- “Allahummaj Al Hulana Faratanwn Waja Al Hulana Ajraunwazugra Waja Al Hulana Shafiunw Wa Mushaffa’a”.

Na-Baligh ladki ki dua:- “Allahummaj Al Halana Faratanwn Waja Al Halana Ajraunwazugra Waja Al Halana Shafiunw Wa Mushaffa’a”.

Phir chauti dafa Allahu Akbar kahein aur dayein bayein salam pherdein jis tarha namaz mein pherte hai. Janaze ki namaz mein mustahab hai ke hazireen ki teen saffein ki jaye yahan tak ke agar sirf 7 admi hoto unmein se ek imam bane phir pehli saff mein teen aadmi khade ho aur dusiri saff emin do admi aur tisiri saff mein ek admi.

Q5) Namaze qusoof wa khusoof har ek ki tareef kijiye aur unke ahkamaat tafseel se tehreer farmaye.

A) Namaz e qusoof aur khusoof ki tareef:- Qusoof suraj grahan ko kehte hai. Khusoof chand grahan ko kehte hai. Hadees e shareef mein marvi hai ke Qusoof aur Khusoof kisi ki maut ka sabab nahi hote balke ye dono Allah tala ke khudrat ki nishaniya hai. Inse maqsood bandoon ko khuaf dilana hai, jab tum unko dekho toh namaz padho ek aur Hadees mein hai ke jab koi graham ko dekhe kha suraj graham ho ya chand graham ho to chahiye ke allah tala se dua mange aur Allahu akbar kahe aur namaz padhe aur sadqa dein.

Namaz e qusoof ke ahkaam:-

  1. Namaz e Qusoof sunnat hai. 2. Namaz e Qusoof jama’at se padhe jaye aur wohi imam padhaye jo juma padhata ho, agar imam maujood na hoto phir sab loog alahida alahida padhle khaw masjid mein ho ya apne apne ghar mein. 3. Namaz e Qusoof mein khutba nahi. 4. Namaz e Qusoof ke liye azan aur aqamat nahi. 5. Namaz e Qusoof ki do rakate hai aur iske padhneka wohi tariqa hai jo aur nawafil ka hai. 6. Namaz e Qusoof mein qirat jahar se na kare. 7. Namaz e Qusoof ke baad imam ko chahiye ke dua mein mashgool hojaye aur muqtadi aamin aamin kahe. 8. Aukate makruha mein namaz e qusoof na padhi jaye balke us waqt sirf dua aur istagfar kare.

Namaz e khusoof ke ahkaam:-

Khusoof ki namaz mustahab hai, khusoof ki bhi 2 rakatein hai, lekin isme jamat nahi hai. Iss namaz ke liye masjid jana bhi zaruri nahi alahida alahida apne apne ghar mein padhlein.

Q6) Wajibate Namaz kitne hai tehreer kijiye.

A) Wajibate Namaz 12 hai:- 1) Sureh Fateha ka padhna, 2) Zamme Surah padhna, 3) Farz namaz ki pehili do rakat mein qirat padhna, 4) Tarteeb ka lehaz rakhna, 5) Tadeel e Arkan, 6) Qaida e Oola, 7) Tashahud, 8) Qirat e Jehri, 9) Qirat e sirri, 10) Namaz ke khatam hone par Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullah kehna, 11) Vitar ki namaz mein dua e khunoot padhna. 12) Takbiraat e Eidian.

Q7) Mudrik, Laahekh, Masbooq ki tareef kijiye aur ba-jama’at namaz ke ahkam tehreer kijiye.

A) Mudrik ki tareef:- Woh shakhs hai jisko shuru se aakhir tak puri namaz imam ke saath mili ho.

Laahekh ki tareef:- Woh shakhs hai jisko shuru se imam ki iqteda kare lekin baad mein kuch rakkatein ya sab rakkatein usse faut hojaye.

Masbooq ki tareef:- Woh shakhs hai jisko shuru se sharik e jama’at naho balke uski iqteda se pehle imam sab ya kuch rakatein padh chuka ho.

Jama’at ka bayan:- Jama’at naam hai, kam-maz-kam do admiyoon ko milakar namaz padhne ka istarha ke unmein ek matbu imam ko kehte hai aur ta’abe muqtadi ko kehte hai. Paanch waqt namazoon mein imam ke siva ek admi ke sharike namaz ho jane se jama’at ho jati hai. Agarche wo samajhdar ladka ho lekin juma ki namaz imam ke siva kam se kam 3 admi ke bagair jama’at nahi hoti aur wo 3 admi bhi ayse ho jo imam bansake.

Agar mahille mein do masjidein hoto jo masjid ghar se ziada qareeb ho aur agar dono ka faasala barabar hoto phir wo masjid jo qadeem ho. Agar koi mohalla ya ghar se qareeb wali masjid mein jama’at hone ke baad pahunche toh usko dusiri masjid mein jama’at ke liye jana mustahab hai.

Q8) Namaz ki tareef karte hue uski ahmiyat tehreer kijiye.

A) Namaz ki tareef:- Namaz tarjuma hai lafze salaat ka jiske mana dua ke hai, aur istelah e shara mein maqsoos afa’ale qiyam, ruku, sujood wagaira ka naam Namaz hai.

Namaz ki Ahmiyat:- Namaz har mard musalman par khaw ameer ho ya faqeer, tandurust ho ya mareez, muqeem ho ya musafir rozana 5 waqt farz e aian hai, yahan take dushmaan ke muqabile mein jab ladayi ki aag badhak rahi ho us waqt bhi uska ada karna farz hai. Hadees e Shareef mein 7 baras ki umar hi se bacche ko namaz padhne ki takid karne aur 10 baras  ki umar mein tarke namaz par maarne ka hukum hai. Goya Namaz ek aisa farz hai jo bagair maut ke kisi tarah musalman ke hisse se sakith nahi hota.

Q9) Tarke Namaz ka asar aur uspar wayidein qalam bandh kijiye.

A) Tarke Namaz ka asar aur wayidein:-

Huzoor e Akram (SAWS) ka irshade girami hai ke namaz momin aur kufr ke darmiyan had e fasil hai, jisne aamadan namaz chodhi wo kufr ke qareeb hogaya.

Huzoor e Akram (SAWS) ne irshad farmaya jisne namaz chodhi uska Islam mein kuch hissa nahi.

Huzoor e Akram (SAWS) ne irshad farmaya namaz na chodhna kyunke namaz chodhne wale se Islam ka zimma ba-ri hai.

Huzoor e Akram (SAWS) ne irshad farmaya jisne namaz chohdi wo qiyamat ke din firoun, kharoon, haamaan, ubai bin khalf jaise dushmanan e Khuda ke saat hoga.

Q10) Namaz ka hukum aur uske wajib hone ki shartein batlayiye

A) Namaz ka hukum:- 1) Namaz har musalman, aakhil, baligh par khaw mard ho ya aurat rozana 5 waqt farz e aain hai. 2) Namaz ki farziyat ka munkir kafir hai. 3) Namaz ka susti aur kahili se chodhne wala aala darje ka fasiq hai jiski saza imam e azam abu hanifa (RH) ke nasdiq qaid hai, jab take tauba na karle dusare aimmaoon ke nasdiq qatal hai.

Namaz ke wajib hone ki shartein 5 hain:-

  • Musalman hona
  • Baligh hona
  • Aakhil hona
  • Waqt ka paya jana
  • Auratoon ka haiz wa nifaas se pak hona
Q11) Namaz ke arkan aur takbeere tehrima se mutaluq tafseel likhte hue batlayiye ke ghunge aur unpadh par takbeer e tahrima farz hai.

A) Namaz ke arkan (yani namaz ke faraiz):-

  1. Takbeer e tehrima (yani Allahu Akbar kehna)
  2. Qiyam (yani khada hona)
  3. Qirat (yani kuch quran padhna)
  4. Ruku (yani jhukna)
  5. Sujood (yani naak aur paishani zameen par rakhna)
  6. Qaida e Aakhira (yani namaz ke aakhir mein baithna)
  7. Khasdan namaz khatam karna.

Rukne awwal Takbeer e tehrima:-

  • Takbeer e tehrima yani namaz shuru karte waqt Allahu Akbar kehna farz hai.
  • Takbeer e tehrima niyyat karne ke saat hi kehna chahiye.
  • Agar muqtadi imam ke kehne se pehle akbar ka lafz kehde to namaz na hogi.
  • Takbeer e tehrima gunge aur anpadh par farz nahi.
Q12) Jamaat ke sifaat aur tarke Jamaat ke uzraat qalam bandh kijiye

A) Jama’at ke sifaat 6 hain:-

  • Shart hai:- Juma aur eidain ki namazoon me shart hai.
  • Sunnat e maukada hai:- panch waqta namazoon mein jama’at sunnat e maukada hai.
  • Sunnat e Kifaya hai:- Namaz e taravih aur namaz e kusoof mein jama’at Sunnat e Kifaya hai.
  • Mustahab hai:- Ramazan ke vitr mein jama’at Mustahab hai.
  • Makruh e Tanzihi hai:- Ramazan ke siva aur zamane ki vitr mein jama’at Makruh e Tanzihi hai.
  • Makruh e Tehrimi hai:- Namaz e qusoof mein aur tamaam nawafil mein jama’at Makruh e Tehrimi hai.

Note:- Sirf auratoon ki jamat jisme imam bhi aurat ho makruh e tehrimi hai.

Tarke jama’at ke majburiyaan hasbe zail hai:-

  • Masjid ke jane mein maal wa asbaab ke chori hojane ya kisi dushman ke miljane ya qarz kha ke miljane ka khawf hona aur qarz ada karne par qadeer na hona.
  • Kisi mariz ki timaardari mein masroof hona, jabke koi dusara maujood na ho.
  • Khana tayyar ho aur bhook ka is qadr galba hoke namaz mein dil na lagen ka khauf ho.
  • Paishaab ya paikhane ki zarurat ho.
  • Khafile ke chale jane ka khauf ho.
  • Ilme deen ki mashghuliyat.
  • Budhapa aisa hona ke chalne phirne se ajizh ho.
  • Na-bina hona.
  • Langada lula hona.
Q13) Sajda sahu ki tareef karte hue tahreer kijiye ke sajda sahu kin suratoon mein wajib hota hai.

A) Sajda sahu ki tareef:- Sajda sahu yani namaz mein sahu hone par doo sajde karna wajib.

Sajda sahu ka tariqa:- Akheer qaide mein tashahud ke baad dahini taraf ek salam phir kar doo sajde kare phir baitjaye, phir dobara tashahood padhe phir durood e ibhrahim aur dua e masoora padhne ke baad dono taraf salam pherdein.

5 cheezoon se Sajda sahu wajib hota hai:-

  • Tagadeeme rukun:- Jaise qirat se pehle ruku ya ruku se pehle sajda karna.
  • Taqire rukun:- Jaise qaida e oola mein Tashahud se ziada baithjana jiski wajah se tisiri rakat ke qiyam mein dair hojaye.
  • Takrare rukun:- Jaise kisi rakat mein do ruku karna ya teen sajdein karna.
  • Tarke wajib:- Jaise qiada e oola chod dena.
  • Tagaiyyare wajib:- Jaise ahista padhne ki jagah zorse padhna.

Note:- Sajda sahu ka hukum farz, wajib, sunnat, nawafil sab namazoon me eksa hai.

Q14) Tajweed ki tareef kijiye, Lehan e jali aur lehan e khafi kisko kehte hai.

A) Tajweed Ki Tareef (تَعْرِیْف کی تَجْوِیْد)

Tajweed ke laghvi mana sawarna, khoobsurat banana hai aur khurra ki istelah mein jumla khawaeday mukharara ke saath Quraan-e-majeed ko padhna ka naam tajweed hai.

Lahan-e-Jali ki tareef:-

Wo lahan hai jisme Qurani Kalimaat me aaysi ghalati karna ke harf ya harkat badal jane se mane bhi badal jaye. Ex:- ۔ الْـحـَمْدُ ke bajaye الہَمْدُ padhna.

Note: Lahan-e-Jali se aadmi gunahgaar hojata hai aur uski namaaz bhi fasid hojati hain.

Lahan-e-Khafi ki tareef:-

Ghunna, ikhfa na karne, madh ki ziyadati aur moota ya baarik padhney ka lehaz na karna Lahan-e-khafi khelata hai. Isse tilawat e Quran ki zeenat khatam ho jati hai.

Q15) Sahebe nisab ahle khidmaat e sharayiya ka naam sukunat batlate hue batlayiye ke is kitab ko kiske hukum par murattab kia gaya hai.

A) Hazrat Maulana Ghulam Mohiuddin alahirahma maulvi kamil jamia nizamia wa qazi ghanpura zille mahbubnagar ne nisab e ahle khidmat e sharayita ko Hazrat bani e Jamia Nizamia Anwaar Ullah farooqi alahirrahma ke hukum se murattab farmaya hai. Jiski ishaat ka ehtemaam mahakuma sadarat e aalia ke zariye kia gaya aur tamaam riyasat mein iski ishaat aur talim ka intezam farmaya.

Nisab e ahle khidmaat e sharayiya ki khususiyat:-

Iss kitab ki sabse badi khususiyat ye hai ke ismein akayidein sahiha ke aalawa Namaz, Roza, Zakat wa Hajj ke masael ko muqtasaran aur mufeed andaaz mein tarteebwaar andaaz mein aasaan usuloon ke saath bayan kia gaya hai, jisko mamuli urdu se waqifiyat rakhne wala bhi ba-aasani samajh sakta hai. Neez  ye kitab ek mulla, mauzzin, imam wa khateeb aur qazi keliye niyamat e uzma hai. Alhamdulillah ab is kitab ko Hindustan ki muqtalif zubanoo mein maslan telugu aur English mein muntakhil kia gaya aur ye kitab apne wujood se lekar na sirf aj tak balk eta-subho qiyamat har fared muslim ke liye rahnuma sabit hogi Allah tala se dua hai ke iske faiz ko sari dunia mein aam kare aur mauleef e kitaab ko iska ajre azeem ata farmaye aur bani e Jamia Nizamia Anwaar ullah farooqi alaihirahma ki markhad ko anwaar se barde aur apke faiz ko mashreeq se magrib taka am farmaye.

Q16) Iqteda ke sahi hone ki shartein likhiye aur wajibat e namaz tehrir kijiye.

A) Iqteda ki shartein:-

1) Muqtadi ko namaz ki niyyat ke saath iqteda ki bhi niyyat karna.

2) Imam aur muqtadi dono ka ek makan mein hona.

3) Imam aur muqtadi dono ki namaz ka ek hona.

4) Imam ki namaz ka sahi hona.

5) Muqtadi ka Imam se aage na khada hona.

6) Muqtadi ko Imam k ek rukun se dosare rukun mein jaa ne ka Ilm hona.

7) Muqtadi ka qirat ke siva tamaam arkan mein Imam ke sharike haal rehna.

8) Muqtadi ka sharayat wa rakan e namaz ki baja-aawari mein Imam se kam ya Imam ke barabar hona Imam se zaed na hona.

Q17) Isteqbaal e Qibla aur niyyat ke ahkaam tafseel se qalam bandh kijiye.

A) 1) Namaz padhne ki halat mein qible ki taraf moo karna farz hai.

2) Agar koi shakhs qible ki taraf moo karne se aajiz ho khaw kisi marz ki wajah se ya dushman ki wajah se ya kisi aur wajah se to uske liye isteqbal e qible shart nahi.

3) Koi shakhs aise jagah chala jaye ya viraan jungle mein ho aur usko maloom nahi ke qibla kis taraf hai aur na wa koi motabar musalman hai ke jisse maloom karsake to ayse halat mein taharri shart hai (gaur wa fikar).

4) Agar koi shakhs bagair gaur wa fikar ke namaz padhle to namaz durust nahi.

Niyyat:-

  • Niyyat naam hai namaz mein dakhil hone ke irade ka.
  • Zuban se alfaaz ka ada karna sharth nahi albatta mustahasan hai.
  • Farz namaz ki niyyat mein namaz ka tayyun bhi zarori hai, maslan fajr ki namaz ya zohar ki namaz wagaira.
  • Agar farz namaz mein qaza hoto ismein farz ke tayyun ke saath din ki taqsees bhi zarori hai masalan fala din ki zohar fala din ki asar.
  • Rakatoon ke tadaad ki niyyat shart nahi.
  • Nafil namaz sunnat aur taravih mein mutlaq namaz ki niyyat kafi hai.
  • Muqtadi ko apne imam ke iqteda ki niyyat karna bhi shart hai.
  • Imam ko sirf apni namaz ki niyyat kafi hai.
Q18) Tahiyyatul masjid, tahiyyatul wuzu, Ishraaq, chasth, namaz e tahajjud aur namaz e isteqara mein se kisi 4 ki wazahat kijiye.

A) Tahiyyatul Masjid:-

Masjid mein dakhil hone ke baad baitne se pehle 2 rakat padhna mustahab hai.

Tahiyyatul wuzu:-

Wuzu ke baad jisam sukhne se pehle 2 rakat mustahab hai.

Ishraaq:-

Tulu e aftaab ke baad 2 rakatein mustahab hai aur 4 bhi padhte hai.

Chasth:-

Chasth ki kam se kam 2 aur ziada se ziada 12 rakatein hai. Chasth ka waqt suraj ke achhi tarha nikalne ke baad se zaqal tak hai.

Tahajjud:-

Tahajjud ki kam se kam 2 aur ausat 4 aur 8 hai aur ziada 12 rakat hai.

Namaz e Isteqarah:-

Jab koi mushkil masla pesh aye aur uske karne na karne mein taraddud hoto wuzu karke 2 rakat isteqara padhna mustahab hai. Khatam namaz ke baad Allah tala ki hamd aur durood e shareef padh kar dua e isteqara padhe iske baad agar is kaam ke karne par dil mael hoto wo kaam karle warna na kare, behtar ye hai ke saat martaba tak namaz e isteqara ki takrar karke kaam shuru kiya jaye.

Q19) Izhaar, Edghaam, Qalb aur Ikhfa ki wazahat kijiye 

A) Izhaar ki taareef:-

Noon ki aawaz ko saaf zaahir kar ke padne ko izhaar kehte hai. Izhaar ke 6 huroof hai, inko  huruf-e-halaqi bhi kahte hai

Hamzah ( ء ), Haa ( ھ ), Aain ( ع ), Haa ( ح ), Ghain ( غ ), Kha ( خ ).

IZHAAR KA QAIDA:-

Noon saakin yaa taveen ke baad izhaar ke 6 huroof may se koi harf aye to noon ki awaaz ko  naak mein lay jaaye baghair saaf zahir kar ke padheinge

قَرِیْبًا عَجَبًا

Edhghaam ki tareef:-

Saakin harf ko mutaharik harf me dakhil karke padhne ko Edhgham kehte hai. Edhghaam ke 6 huroof hai:-

Yaa( ي ), Raa( ر ), Meem( م ),Laam( ل ), Waw ( و ), Noon( ن ).

2.Edhghaam ki do khisme hai:-

  • Edhghaam-e-Ma-al-ghunna  ( اِدْغَامْ مَع  الْغُنَّہ  )  
  • Edhghaam–e-Bila ghunna  ( اِدْغَامْ بَلا  غُنَّہ  )

Ghunna:  (   غُنَّہ  )  Aawaz ko naak me ghuma kar padhne ko ghunna kehte hai.

Edhghaam-e-ma  Al -Ghunna ke 4 huroof hai:-

Yaa (  ي  ), Noon( ن ), Meem( م ),Waw( و ).

Edhgham-e- ma al-ghunna ka Qaida:-

Noon saakin ya tanveen ke baad edhgham  ma-al-ghunna ke 4 huroof mey se koi harf aye to edhghaam  ma-al-ghunna hoga.

مِنْ نَّبِـیٍّ

مَنْ یَّعْمَلُ

Edhghaam  Bilaa Ghunna ka Qaida:-

Noon saakin ya taveen ke baad laam (  ل ), aur Raa (ر  ) mey say aaye koi harf aye to edhghaam bila-ghunna hoga

فِی بَحْرٍ  لُّـجِـیِّ  

أَمَّنْ لَّا

غَفُوْرًا رَّحِـمًا

مِنْ رَّبِّھِـمْ

Note:-

Noon-e-sakin ke baad yaa (    ي     ), Waw (    و     ), meem  (   م  ) ek hi kalime mein vaakhe hone ki vajah se edhghaam aur ghunna nahi hoga,  balke noon ka izhaar hoga.

3.QALB KA QAIDA:-

  • Qalb ki tareef:-

Noon ki aawaz ko meem (  م ) se badal kar padhne ko Qalb kahte hai.

  • Qaida :-

Noon saakin ya taveen ke baad baa (  ب ) aye to noon ki aawaz ko

meem (م ) se badal kar ghunne ke saath padheinge

قَوْمًۢا  بِجَھَالَةٍ ۔۔قَوْمَمْ بِـجَھَالَةٍ

تَنْۢبُتُ  ۔۔ تُـمْبُتُ

مِنْ بَۢعْدِ  ۔مِـمْبَعْدِ

4.IKHFAA KA QAIDA:-

  • Ikhfaa ki tareef:-

Noon ki aawaz ko naak me chupa  kar padhne ko ikhfaa kehte hai.

  • Ikhfaa ke huroof:-

Ikhfaa ke 15 huroof hai. )Huroof-e-Izhaar, Huroof-e-Edhgham, Huroof-e-Qalb aur Alif ke siva baaqi huroof)

Noon saakin yaa tanveen ke baad ikhfaa ke 15 huroof me se koi harf aye to noon ki aawaz ko naak me chupa kar ghunne ke saath padhenge

Q20) Namaz ki farziyat, ahmiyat, barkaat tehreer karte hue batlayiye ke tarke namaz ke liye kya kya wayidein hai.

A) Namaz ki Farziyat, Ahmiyat (Refer form QNo. 8)

Hazrat Aadam alaihissalam se lekar is waqt tak jitney Ambiya alaihissalam aye sab par namaz farz thee albatta tadaat aur tariqa e ada mein farq raha. Ab shariyat e Islamia mein jo tariqa e ada hai wo akmal tareen hai.

Namaz ke barkaat:-

Namaz Allah tala ke saath taluqat e bandage ko taza karti hai. Insaan ki zindagi ko pakiza aur sharifana banati hai, insaan ko tamaam burayiyoon se rookti hai. Huzoor Sallalhu Alaihiwasallam ka irshad hai, jab koi musalman namaz padhta hai tho uske gunah iss tarah duur hojate hai jis tarha khareef ke mausam mein darakhtoon se patte girte hai. Huzoor (SAWS) ne irshad farmaya jis tarah kisi nahar mein rozana 5 dafa ghusul karne ke baad badan par maiel nahi rehta usshi tarha namaz ki badaulat gunah ki kasafat duur hojati hai. Huzoor (SAWS) ne irshad farmaya ek namaz se dusiri namaz tak jitney sagheera gunah hote hai sab maaf hojate hai.

Q21) Mufsidaat e Namaz tehreer kijiye.

A) Mufsidaat e Namaz:-

  • Namaz mein kalaam karna khasdan ho ya sahwan.
  • Namaz mein khana pina amadan ho ya bhulkar agarche thodah hiho.
  • Baligh aadmi ka namaz mein zoorse hasna.
  • Ama e kaseer jo namaz ke aamaal mein se naho aur na namaz ki silah ke liye ho.
  • Namaz mein kisi aurat ka mard ke barabar khade rahna.
  • Naapak cheez pak sajda karna.
  • Bila uzr qible ki taraf se sina pher dena.
  • Sajde mein dono paun ka zameen se uthana.
  • Namaz ke sharayet mein se koi sharth puri na karna. Namaz ke arkan mein se kisi rukun ka ada na karna.
Q22) Sajda e tilawat, sajda e sahu, sajda e shukr ke mutaluq tafseel likhiye.

A) Sajda e tilawat ka bayan:- Quran e majid ki 14 ayaatoon mein se kisi ek ayat ke padhne ya sunne par 1 sajda wajib hota hai. Isko sajda e tilawat kehte hai.

Sajda e tilawat ka tariqa:- sajda e tilawat doo takbiroon ke darmyan namaz ke sharayat se kiya jata hai, magar iske liye haath uthane aur tashahud aur salam ki bhi zarurat nahi hai. Sajda e tilawat mein doo qiyam mustahab aur doo takbireein mustahab hai yane khade ho kar Allahu Akabar kahe aur sajde mein jaye phir sajda karke Allahu Akbar kah kar khada hojaye.

Sajda e tilawat ke wajib hone ke 3 sabab hai:-

  • Ayat e sajde ki tilawat karna.
  • Sajde ki ayat ka kisi insaan se sunna.
  • Kisi ayse shakhs ki iqeda karna jisne ayat e sajda tilawat kiho khaw uski iqteda se pehle ya uski iqteda ke baad.

Note:- Agar ek hi majlees mein ek hi ayat e sajda ki baar-baar tilawat ki jaye toh ekhi sajda wajib hoga.

Sajda e sahu:- (Refer from Qno.13)

Sajda e shukr:- Sajda e shukr mustahab hai, uss waqt jabke koi ni’ymat hasil hojaye ya koi musibat duur hojaye.

Sajda e shukr ka tariqa:- Joh tariqa sajda e tilawat ka hai wohi tariqa sajda e shukr ka hai.

Q23) Sahebe tarteeb kise kehte hai aur tarteeb sakheet hojane ke baad phir wo tarteeb kaise laut kar aati hai.

A) Sahebe tarteeb:- Baligh hone ke baad se jiske zimme 5 namazein khaza na huyiho wo sahebe tarteeb hai.

Tarteeb 3 suratoon mein sakheet hojati hai:-

  • Waqt ki tangi.
  • Khaza namaz bhool jana.
  • 6 ya 6 se nayed namazoon ka khaza hojana, jab 6 namazein khaza hojaye to tarteeb sakeet hojati hai, jab puri padhlega to sahebe tarteeb hojayega.
Q24) Musafir ki tareef karte hue musafir ke mukammal ahkaam likhiye.

A) Musafir ki tareef:- Jo shakhs apne watan e asliya watan e Ikhamat se 3 din ki masafat ke safar ka irada karke apne shahar ki aabadi se bahar nikal jaye wo musafir hai.

1) 3 din ki masafat mutawassit chaal se honi chahiye na bahut teez na bahut sust (mutawassit chaal se murad piyada pa oont ki chaal hai.

Note 1):- Watan e asli wo maqam hai jaha insaan hamesha rahene ke qasad se boodh bash kare.

Note 2):- Wo muqam jaha insaan 15 din ya usse ziada rahene ke irade se qiyam kare.

2) Agar koi shakhs iss masafat ko jo mutawassit chaal se 3 din se kam mein tayy nahi ho sakti kisi teez raftar sawari (maslan, ghode, tail etc…) ke zariye 3 din se kam mein tayy karle tabbhi wo musafir samja jayega.

3) Jab musafir apne shahar ya village ki aabadi se baher nikal jaye usko khasar karna wajib hai. Agar pure 4 rakat padhega tho gunahgar hoga.

4) Musafir ko wapas apne shaher ki abadi mein dakhil hone tak khasar karna chahiye.

Hasbe zail suratoon mein musafir 15 din se ziada bhi their jaye toh musafir hi rahega:-

  • Musafir ka irada 15 din thairne ka nahi tha magar kisi wajah se thair gaya.
  • Musafir ne kuch niyyat nahi ki thi balke uska irada fauran hi vapas hone ka tha lekin ishi pas-se wa pesh mein ziada their gaya.
  • Musafir ka irada 15 din se ziada thairne ka tha magar woh muqam thairne ke qabil na raha.
  • Musafir ne 15 din se ziada thairne ki niyyat ki thee magar 1 muqam mein nahi 2-4 muqamaat mein.
  • Musafir khud apne safar mein dusere ka taabeho.

Note 1:- Muqeem ki iqteda musafir ke piche durust hai.

Note 2:- Musafir bhi muqeem ki iqteda kar sakta hai. Iss waqt khasar nahi karega.

Note 3:- Musafir ka fajar aur maghrib ki sunnatoon ko tark na karna behtar hai.

Q25) Namaz mein shak aur uske hukum bayan karo.

A) Agar kisiko namaz mein shak ho ke kitni rakatein padha hai aur uski aadat shak kin a hoto usko chahiye ke phir shuru se namaz padhe.

Aur agar usko shak hua karta hoto apne galib guman par amal kare.

Aur agar gumaa e galib kisi taraf na hoto kami ki janib ko iqteyaar kare maslan usko shakhs hoke pehli rakat hai ya dusiri rakat hai toh pehli rakat muqarrar kare.

Agar dusiri tisiri rakat mein shak hoto dusiri rakat muqarrar kare aur akheer mein sajda sahu karle.

Note:- Agar kisi shakhs ko salaam perne ke baad shak hoto iska etebaar nahi hoga.

Q26) Qaza e umri ka tariq batlaye.

A) Agar qaza namazein bahut hoon aur usko ada karna chahe to hiss amar ki ta-ayyun zaruri hai ke kisi din ki qaza padhta hai aur agar ta-ayyun nakar sake tho yuun niyyat kare ke awwal fajar ki qaza padhata hoon isse pehle din ki fajar uske zimme se sakit hojayegi phir dusare din issi tarha sab namazein ada hojayegi.

Qaza namazoon ki wasiyat:-

Agar kisike zimme qaza namazein baqi ho uska akhiri waqt aa pahunchein aur woh apne warasa ko wasiyat kar jaye ke mere maal mein se har namaz ke badle sadaqa de toh uske warasa ko chahiye ke mayyat ke maal ki tihahi se har namaz ke badle sawaser giyahoon ya uski qimat kisi mohtaj wa miskin ko dede khuda ke fazal se umeed hai ke farz ka bhooj uske zimme se utar jayega.

Q27) Namaz mein hadas hone ka bayan.

A) Agar namaz mein hadas hojaye yani wazu tut jaye toh chandh sharut ke paye jane par namaz batil nahi hoti, balke ishi par bina karna jayez hai, yani jis rukun mein hadas ho maslan sajde mein toh phir wuzu karke ishi rukun sajde se namaz shuru ki ja sakti hai. Lekin munfarid ko shuru se padhna afzal hai albatta muqtadi ya imam ko hadas hoto unko bina yani baqhi namaz jamaat se padhna afzal hai ba-sharte ye hai ke inko wuzu karke aane tak jamaat maujood rahe warna inko bhi shuru se padhna afzal hai.

Bina jayez hone ki shartein:-

  1. Hadas maujibe ghusul na hona balke maujibe wuzu hona.
  2. Hadas iqtiyari na hona balke be-iqtiyari hona.
  3. Hada ka nadirul wuqhu rahena balke kasirul waqhu hona.
  4. Halat e hadas mein kisi rukun ka ada na karna.
  5. Kisi rukun ko chalne ki halat mein ada na karna.
  6. Koi aysa fail na karna jo namaz ke munafi ho.
  7. Koi aysa fail na karna jiski zarurat naho.
  8. Hadas ke baad bila uzur ba qadre ek rukun ada karne ke tawakkuf na karna.
  9. Kisi pehle hadas ka yaad na aan.
  10. Muqtadi ka baqhi namaz pehli jaga ke siva na padhna jabke jamaat maujood ho.
  11. Imam ka na qabil e imamat shakhs ko khalifa na karna.
  12. Sahebe tarteeb ko qaza namaz ka yaad na ana.

Note:- Agar inn sharoot mein ek bhi nap aye jaye toh bina durust nahi.

Q28) Khalifa karne ke ahkaam batlaye.

A) 1) Agar imam ko hadas hojaye khaw qaida e aakhira mein tashahud ke baad hiho toh usko chahiye ke fauran hatkar ushi rukun mein kisi muqtadi ko apni jagah khada karde ta-ke wo baqhi namaz puri kare aur khud hi wuzu karne chale jaye aisa muqtadi khalifa kehlata hai.

2) Behtar ye hai ke imam jisko imamat ke layak samajhta ho usko apna khalifa kare aur mudrik ko khalifa karna ziada acha hai agarche masbooq wa laahek ka khalifa karna bhi jayez hai.

3) Agar Imam kisi ko khalifa na kare magar muqtadi loog ba-taur khud kisiko khalifa karle ya khud koi muqtadi aage badhkar imam ki jageh khade jo jaye aur imamat ki bhi niyyat karle.
